Install Options:

Basic: Includes the unit, pad for outside unit, and professional installation. Covered by manufacturer warranty.
Standard: Includes the unit, pad or wall bracket for outside unit, line set cover, surge protector, and professional installation. Includes 1 year labor warranty plus manufacturer warranty.
Premier: Includes the unit, pad or wall bracket for outside unit, surge protector, disconnect, line set cover, and professional installation. Includes comprehensive 5 year warranty covering labor, parts, compressor, and refrigerant.
Upgrade Premier to 10 Year Warranty: Add $150 for extended coverage on labor, parts, compressor, and refrigerant.
